Buying Tips

If you would like to buy any anime figures first you have to know the market!

There is always an original japanese version of the figure from Japan.
There is always a fake/bad quality copy from China or Hong Kong.
If a figure is very popular in Japan they usually make a USA version too.

Whats the difference between versions?
- Japan version: is always the best, beautiful and its just perfect ^_^
- American version: Still original because made by USA BANDAI... but not original japanese... same figure same brand same everything but a real collector always buys the japanese one.
-China/Hong Kong version: NEVER EVER buy it! You get it cheap but it's anything but not figure for sure. (I will post a picture at the end to see how it looks)

What's up with Ebay and other auction sites in the USA?
- Everybody use ebay because it's cool and cheap and you can find anything on it BUT you have to know what you buy. Always check the seller's location, if its China/Hong Kong/Thailand forget it... no way you get a nice figure... If its Japan buy it, gooooood! USA sellers are ok, but probably they selling the usa version of the figures same thing but not original...

What to check on the figures before buying?
- Look for a sticker on the box, every brand has they own original sticker that proves the figure been made by the company. If there is no sticker on box, Its probably fake copy...
- I would mention to don't buy a figure on ebay or some other site without box... sure now it doesnt matter because you want the figure so much and its hard to find etc... but later when you won't have more space in your glass door cabinet and you decide to sell the same figure you bought few months ago without box.. you will realize you will get only 10-20$ for it... 80% of the buyers dont want any figure without the original box.
